I Have
Crowns, Veneers
and/or Laminates.
If you have
crowns, veneers
or laminates
don't be anxious
about using
Smile-Bright as
it has
absolutely no
affect. The
Carbamide
Peroxide gel
only effects
organic material
so your crowns
will not improve
or fade by using
any teeth
whitening
process.
Best thing to
do is as
follows:
If you have
discoloured
crowns or
veneers, pop
into your
hygienist and
have them
scrubbed/polished!
Then after a day
or so (let your
gums rest from
the cleaning)
apply your gel
and gently
improve the
colour of your
teeth to match
your crowns.
Don't do it the
other way
sometimes crowns
and veneers are
colour matched
to be consistent
with your
natural smile.
Once you've
reached the
desired colour
Stop! It's that
simple.
Important
Note:
If you were
not
happy with the
colour of your
teeth when you
had the crowns
or veneers done
and wish your
teeth whiter,
then whiten your
teeth to the
colour you are
comfortable with
then have your
crowns or
veneers
replaced.
